- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a common item price list (one item), price list (volume of the junk), bedload (construction material, cement, tile and gravel) Common item price list (couch, hot tub, mattress, Piano, projection tv, refrigerator, sleeper sofa, treadmill and washer/stove). Normal Price List (we charge for the volume we haul. Our truck is an 18cubic yard or 6 pick up truck) Bedload (the bedload is other price because of the weight we can load the truck for 1ft high, so will be 12"X8"X1")
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the customer, I ask for what he/she need to be removed, I offer a free estimate on site, that way I can provide a better estimate. After that if he/she want to do it in the moment we can do it because we go with the truck ready to do the job, if he want to do it in another time we schedule an appointment
