- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Is really hard to have an standard rate for this type of work due to the different variables that come with the trade.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am old fashion about this. I prefer to give in home free consultation before giving out an estimate, This way i can give the client my profesional opinion and any advise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My main training has been on the job. As I stated on my profile I found my company this year but i have been doing this since 2003. I hold a Control4 certification, i also have a certification on fiber optics.
