- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, competitive, and tailored to the specific needs of each client. Rates depend on factors such as the level of security required (armed or unarmed), hours of coverage, location, and risk assessment. We do not believe in hidden fees. For long-term contracts, recurring services, or multi-site coverage, we offer customized pricing and potential discounts. Every client receives a clear written quote before services begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. This is followed by a site evaluation or risk assessment when necessary. Based on that information, we design a customized security plan and provide a detailed proposal. Once approved, we assign trained personnel and maintain ongoing communication to ensure the service meets or exceeds expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained and licensed in accordance with Florida regulations. Training includes security procedures, situational awareness, access control, emergency response, de-escalation techniques, and customer service. Armed guards receive additional firearms training and certifications. Continuous training is a priority to ensure our personnel remain prepared, disciplined, and professional.
