We hired Yosbany Rodriguez at Nicole Cleaning Service. He was an absolute nightmare and a thief.
1) He tricked us. He quoted us $750 on Thumbtack but then asked for $1900 when he saw the apartment. He said we provided new information, which was incorrect. Everyone else quoted it accurately.
2) He said it would take 2 days. It took 2 weeks. We were out of town for the first few days and the building manager said he would either not show up or would only be there for an hour or two.
3) Upon finishing we paid him. It looked decent enough but needed the maid to clean up after him. Big mistake. Once the maid came, we noticed all of his mistakes. He agreed to come back and fix it. After seeing the mess he created, he said it would take 2 days to fix it. We never heard from him again. He will not respond to calls/texts/emails.
At this point, the best we can do is tell everyone on Thumbtack about this low life so we can put Nicole Cleaning Service out of business.
