Enrique and his team are phenomenal. We hired them for post construction cleaning, and by the end of the cleaning, I am extremely blown away with their level of communication and service — not to mention the place is spotless after three cleaners came for about 5 hours of service for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning. They were very thorough and made sure all of the areas were cleaned. I’m happy to say we’re excited and ready to move in post-construction because of his team. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Enrico and his team! I have used many cleaning services before and I usually feel that could have done better cleaning my self, but not with these guys! The came well equipped and ready with all out the supplies and tools needed to get the job done very throughly! They left my home immaculately clean and left me with great peace of mind. I have finally found a cleaning service that I can depend on. Excellent job!

Extreme Services and Property Solutions is an excellent alternative to tackling home cleaning alone. This two person team is punctual, professional and detail oriented. Their prices are reasonable. I was so impressed by the quality of their work that they’ll be cleaning my home on a bi-monthly basis.

Very professional, polite and efficient. I have been able to work in parallel of the cleaning. It took 2.5h instead of the estimated 4h hours for $275 for 1bed/2bath (instead of $135 estimated when I first booked). The bathrooms and bedroom were really deeply cleaned, I just wished the kitchen was better cleansed but I didn't get the time to give instructions (did not move what was on the counter to clean the full counter and the splashback). Overall I appreciate the result and i do recommend.

sorry to hear that Cecile, we don't change our prices, please check our chat in the app it clearly said $275 for the deep cleaning. and we ask you before we left if everything looks clean and good and you stated yes, regarding finishing the job before, we said about 4 hours and like you said we did it in 2.5 hours but it was 2 persons meaning 5 hours of work. thank you and sorry you feel that way.
