Straightforward. I like to stick with the basics as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn as much as I can about the person before deciding how to proceed. My first week of working with anyone new, I am spending far more time learning than they are. I need to pay attention to - and absorb - everything. I ask a lot of questions to ensure not only optimal performance, but minimal risk.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to do this by both the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I participate in peer-reviewed research, complete clinical time and engage in monitored coaching.
