For the pass 15 years Mrs. Deborah Wheeler's has been our corporate and family accountant. Her work involves more than compilation of numbers, she performs a general review of all corporatate accounts domestic and international. She understands how to take financial data and process, manage and interpret it accurately and cost effectivly. In 2013 she discovered where someone was withdrawing $14.00 to $21.00 twice a day from our corporated account, those funds were replaced by Bank Of america. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system because every client and job is different. Some require very little work whereas some can be major jobs so my pricing is based on what the job entails after evaluating it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new client, I start off by listening to what they have to say so I can evaluate there needs. Once I can evaluate what is needed I will proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. I am Quickbooks certified. Currently studying for the EA exam. I stay up on the latest tax information through NATP- The National Association of Tax Professionals, IRS forums.
