Everything went amazing! He responded to my request quickly and was able to come out the same day. He arrived on time and was very professional. After inspecting my appliance he informed me that what I thought was an issue was just due to the build of the machine, and that my machine was working properly so no additional repair was needed. He was very honest and upfront about what was needed and what was not which I really appreciated. I strongly recommend!
