Bartenders are not “licensed and insured” but certified only. I am ”Licensed as a Business in Broward County”, and will recommend where you can buy one day Liquor Liability insurance. Yes I’m certified, and very experienced - I deliver Service! Most caterers are “ licensed and insured”... please when inquiring on my services-note this ... thank you. I can always go under a caterers insurance umbrella, if needed and they don't mind. I’ll look forward to talking with you about your special party!😊 Please note if you are inquiring of my services and asking if I am available I AM PAYING FOR THIS, my service and team are highly experienced and deliver the top notch 4*-Service and Guest Accommodations. My service starts at $35 for servers pending your party type and $200-$250 for bartenders for standard 4 Hour Party. Additional fees apply when managing staff for large parties. Traveling fees might apply, traveling out of Broward to Dade and Palm Beach Counties. (Homestead, Florida Keys, Boca and more) Gratuities are always welcome for service, which I guarantee my team will deliver---as you’ll see in my reviews! 😊😊 we care and we like to make sure that you’re having the best party ever! I cannot say enough good things about Barbara and her team! From the first time I spoke to Barbara, I was impressed with her kindness and professionalism. I knew I had made the right choice. She was always communicating with me throughout the process and went above and beyond what I needed. She made suggestions and she came to see the venue before my wedding event. She told me she would take care of everything the day of the event, and she did. I did not have to worry about a single things. Her staff arrived on time and ready to work. They were all so kind and professional. All my guests were happy with the table service and bartending service. Barbara was the last one to leave and made sure everything was cleaned up and organized. I recommend her 1000%. I will surely be using her for future events. Thank you Barbara for everything! It is hard to find people who work with love and passion.

If I could give Barbara and her staff 5 stars in every category, I would! Rarely before have I met someone who goes so above and beyond in running their business - and with such passion. You can tell that Barbara sincerely cares about the quality service she provides and has the experience and knowledge to follow through. Without exaggeration, my wedding day would have been a mess without Barbara's help. Not only did she bartend and provide staff, but she found vendors for me, consulted with me on other matters pertaining to planning, and was a source of encouragement and comfort. She's exactly what I needed as a bride, and her staff executed their responsibilities flawlessly on my wedding day. You don't need to consider other vendors - go ahead and hire her!

We recently hired Barbara to bartend our couples bridal shower party and she was incredible! We spoke several times before the party to discuss the drinks menu and she provided a helpful list of ingredients for the drinks. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and her advice was spot on. I really appreciated her hard work ethic and everyone at the party was super impressed with her and her drinks. I also liked how she arrived early to set up. Many of my friends and family members asked for her contact info for their own future parties and I whole heartedly recommended her to them.

This was the first time I used Barbara. She was amazing & I will definitely use her again if I ever need a bartender. Not only did she bartend, she help me with how much I should purchase, took group pictures, replenishing food & cleaning up. I never in a million years expected so much from her. I can't say enough good things about her!

I charge by the job and/or hour, pending on the time frames, travel and if a tip jar is allowable or not. I discuss options with each host or hostess.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is a valued client. We talk about your vision and expectations.... and what you would like to have special for your guests ... and then I am able to just go and do what I do best, so they are able to spend time with their family, friends and guests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30+ years Hospitality experience. I have been trained by some of the best bartenders, servers and managers over the years and take great pride in my services, and have an amazing staff that works for me.
