Most caterers are “ licensed and insured”... please when inquiring on my services-note this ... thank you. I can always go under a caterers insurance umbrella, if needed and they don't mind.

My service starts at $35 for servers pending your party type and $200-$250 for bartenders for standard 4 Hour Party. Additional fees apply when managing staff for large parties. Traveling fees might apply, traveling out of Broward to Dade and Palm Beach Counties. (Homestead, Florida Keys, Boca and more)

Barbara made every effort possible to have the party going as scheduled and planned.
She was always available for us before and during the event, and also helped us plan ahead the quantities of liquor and mixers needed. A wonderful service I would definitely recommend. Very professional and proactive. Her bar also looks super elegant.
Barbara was AWESOME!! So glad i found her! She met with us before hand to figure out what was needed and helped us make a list of what to buy. We had a halloween themed wedding and to my surprise she went and bought her own decorations and decorated her bar all up! It looked perfect!!! All our friends loved her, she rocked it!! She even came in when i was getting ready and got me set up, which i really needed because i was a bit nervous. She also set us up with another person to help clean up and help where needed. She is SO much more than a bar tender! Our wedding was after hurricane Matthew, and Barbara would text me and check up on me to make sure I was keeping it all together and asked if i needed anything. I really appreciated That! There are so many great things to say, friendly, professional, helpful, super thoughtful, amazing, the list is endless. She even stayed longer to help out. Hire her!!! She is the best investment!! Thanks for making our night the best night ever!!

Barbra was amazing. She did her thing and the girls she brought to work my event was spectacular. If you want a beautiful set up and an amazing bartender she is your girl.

Barbara was a delight to work with! She bartended our wedding reception and was extremely professional and affordable. She brings her whole bar set up so you don't have to worry about a thing. She even picked up ice for us too. Barbara staffed our party with a second bartender who was equally pleasant and professional. She was able to meet a few weeks before hand to go over details of the party too. She even reached out to me the day before offering to be of any help and assistance in party set up. I would highly recommend Barbara for your party and would use her again myself.

Barbara was amazing! She showed up early, set up an entire bar display, and not only served drinks all night but helped host the event. I hired her for a big birthday bash and I did not have to host for one minute. She had the party under control and was so much fun! Barbara made my party a hit, I would highly recommend her.

I charge by the job and/or hour, pending on the time frames, travel and if a tip jar is allowable or not. I discuss options with each host or hostess.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is a valued client. We talk about your vision and expectations.... and what you would like to have special for your guests ... and then I am able to just go and do what I do best, so they are able to spend time with their family, friends and guests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30+ years Hospitality experience. I have been trained by some of the best bartenders, servers and managers over the years and take great pride in my services, and have an amazing staff that works for me.
