- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes when I can in baking and travel to different places and take internship jobs in the kitchen to work on my skills and keep up with what is new and upcoming. also lots of reading and testing recipes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
from the age of 7 I was already in love with cooking my mom would tell me you should be a chef. Back then I never knew you got paid to cook for other people so I went on to major in Child Psychology and minored in Adult Clinical Psychology. I would always go back to cooking for my release/escape so I finally went back to school and got a degree in Culinary Arts/Management to develop my natural skills and realized I still have that passion from a child.
