Alex was great! He was on time for both visits to our house and communicated by text about his arrival time as well. He did a thorough examination of our furnace to diagnose the issue. He identified the primary issue and noted a few other potential issues for our consideration. When he came in the house, he put slippers on his feet so the floor wouldn’t get dirty. His estimate for the work was fair and reasonable and he provided pictures before and after the work. I would strongly recommend Alex to others.

We first hired another technician who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our furnace. He replaced a few expensive parts, but the furnace still would not stay on and he started suggesting even more costly repairs or even a full replacement.
We reached out to Alex through Thumbtack. He responded right away, correctly diagnosed the issue, and had the part in his truck to fix the furnace and get heat back on in our freezing house.
