FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“Customers should know that my pricing is always fair, competitive, and based on the scope of the job. I provide detailed estimates upfront so there are no surprises. Every month, I also post special discounts on my social media for different HVAC services, so I always recommend checking there to take advantage of current promotions. For payments made by credit card, there is a 3.59% processing fee, but I also accept other forms of payment like cash, Zelle, or checks without any additional charges.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“My typical process for working with a new client starts with an initial consultation where I listen carefully to their needs and assess the situation. If it’s an installation, I’ll conduct a full evaluation of the space to determine the right system for their home or business, considering factors like size, insulation, and energy efficiency. After that, I provide a detailed estimate with a clear breakdown of the costs involved. Once the client approves, I schedule the installation or service at a time that’s convenient for them. During the job, I ensure everything is installed or repaired to the highest standards, and I always make sure the client understands how to use and maintain their system. After the work is done, I follow up to make sure they’re satisfied with the results and to address any questions they might have.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to completing the necessary academic studies in the HVAC industry, I hold a contractor’s license for air conditioning from the State of Florida, which allows me to operate and manage HVAC projects professionally. I also have EPA certification, which ensures that I’m fully trained in handling refrigerants and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations. This combination of education, licensing, and certification allows me to provide high-quality, reliable HVAC services while staying up to date with industry standards.”
