From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Roberto took the time to explain our options clearly and helped us choose the right system for our home and budget. The installation was completed on schedule and with great attention to detail. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was clean and properly set up before they left. They also walked us through how to use the new system and made sure all our questions were answered. Our home is now cool, comfortable, and energy-efficient — We can already tell the difference! We highly recommend REDS Services to anyone looking for top-notch HVAC service. Excellent work and great customer care. Thank you for a job well done!

Roberto answered all my questions before we hired him. He was exactly on time. He was extremely professional and kind. Explained what was wrong.. we are 100% recommend this company and Roberto came out at night time which I was more concerned for him working at night, but he said it wasn’t a problem. great company and extremely honest company.

Had my complete air conditioning equipment replaced CBGB what I thought was a reputable contractor on 12/26 /24 less than six months ago. A day ago my air conditioner started leaking a lot of water and stopped working. I called J.Reds and left a message after midnight and the owner was at my apartment by 9 AM. He discovered that the unit was not installed correctly . You can imagine my anger. I spent over $6000 to have the new system installed. He had Fantastic service and my system is back up and running. Honest , straight forward , experienced. I highly recommend them. 5 BIG STARS!!!!!
