I used S.W.A.T to clean my 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. They were on time, worked around my schedule and did a great job, even moving furniture to clean. I will definitely be using them again.

I made this appointment at the last minute and do not regret it. Micki responded quickly to my message and was thoughtful in communication. I work and am a full time student with a 2yr old so things can get a little messy. I used to use Leibys Cleaning Services but due to the decline in quality I decided to go with SWAT and do not regret it. Thank you ladies for servicing my home today.

I recently had a lot of work done in a house I purchased before moving in. Drywall had been cut, bathrooms somewhat redone, so there was a lot of dust. I was concerned and picky about the cleanliness since I was moving in with my family including a newborn and a 5 year old. When she came to provide an estimate she wasn't even overwhelmed by the amount of dust that was present in the house. She was flexible with scheduling when the plumber ran over time, and she needed to clean before I moved in the next day. She was able to get everything done and did an immaculate job! Definitely will be using her and her team again whenever the need arises.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees we charged are reasonable to include taxes and the time it will take to complete the task. We do not charged base on distance, time or day of the week. Our cleaning represents us so we give it 110% all the time no cutting corners. After the initial visit, we do offer discounts for recurrent customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make you happy and comfortable with date and time you set for cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College graduate but we were trained at restaurants with another pro.
