- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"Quality over Quantity" has always been a good line to me. I believe in fair, straight forward, no shenanigans pricing. We are not here to hassle you, but we do want to get paid the worth of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a phone call, text or/and Email. Most often more than one of those is involved in the initial contact process. Having the customer express to us their concerns, expectations and time frame is key, so naturally, that's our second step. In this step, we also like to set up a visit/diagnosis with the user.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently finishing up my B.A in Computer Science with a Specification in Networking Administration. And will soon after be pursuing a Degree in Finance. I have the training, grasp, or/and mastery of technologies such as Microsoft Server 2012,2016,2019, Cisco IOS, Citrix Environment, Windows OS, MacOs and a little of Linux in home and enterprise environments.
