I had a rush situation on my hard drive went bad all of a sudden had Ramen came out of nowhere and solve my problem in 24 hours updated my computer dealt with the problem or I should say the problems and got it back to me and up and running. Runs beautifully. He is very professional and very inexpensive

I recommend without hesitation. He was curteous and punctual and knew what he was doing. He helped my elderly mother who is not computer literate and I really appreciate his patience.
