I’M A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED! BIG THANKS IN MY TIME OF NEED!
My dad recently passed and turned over his accounting business to me. I needed to get into his software to first invite his former clients to his memorial service. Major problem! I couldn’t get it open. After struggling with my dads slow computer for a 2 weeks trying to wait for it to work, I began to worry and desperately look for options.
I called and searched online. I was told of prices up to $200 and most said I would need to drop it off and wait. Then Thumbtack popped up in a search. I reached out to a few providers. This one was responsive and gave me a great price. He came over within a couple of hours and fixed it in less than one hour!
I’m so happy with Thumbtack. I’m especially happy with this provider! He knew his stuff and got right down to business. He fixed my dads computer and it’s running like new! He even helped me open the software and download the list of clients to make address labels. Then he showed me how to hook my dads printer up wirelessly!
He was also very warm and kind. I always worry about inviting strangers to my home. I looked at his reviews and I can see why he’s so in demand. You can’t go wrong with him. I will hire him again for any repairs I need and happily refer him.
