I paid a deposit in the beginning of the year for face painting for a party in April. COVID19 happened and there was no party. Every vendor called before I even had a chance to call them EXCEPT this co. I called and asked for a refund. I was only offered to reschedule (seriously, I was expected to predict the future re COVID). I was told to reach back out at the end of April, I did in May. I called and got no answer. I left a vmail. I got a text back asking me to reschedule. I said no and I was told only 50% would be refunded because their policies are clear. I said PLEASE your policies say nothing about a pandemic. I would spend a little more and get good service. Try @lotuspromakeup. Beautiful work, courteous, kind and professional. A delight to work with! Customer service, business skills, professionalism, attention to detail are areas to improve.

Hi Elisa, we would like to apologize if we were not clear enough when it came to your party cancellation. We again want to offer the chance to reschedule as we are open with the required precautions to offer services. Since you decided not to reschedule our policies are clear that there is no refunds for deposits. We understand these are tough times and no one has detail policies for pandemics. This is actually the first time we live through one. But we are clear that deposit are not refundable in any case. But being considerate of the situation that we all are hurting we offered a 50% refund and a future discount for any service we provide. We regret you don’t get to rate us on our actual services. We our proud of the services we provide, and hope you can rate us one day on that. Thank you a have a nice day. Management.
