Hired on Thumbtack
First time using Thumbtack, I had a new dishwasher being delivered and needed a quick install for an outlet underneath my cabinet. Looked up this new site called Thumbtack entered in my request needs and a quote on how much it was going to cost.
I received several offers within the hour and decided to go with Ray the Fix-It-Tech. Ray was very easy to contact via the Thumbtack site and his quote was not the cheapest or the most expensive. Reason for my final decision was his prompt reply to my request for service and my communications with Ray were very spot on for my needs and his commitment for being available for service immediately.
Ray was very prompt arriving at our designated time set for install (Ray likes to get an early start in the AM). This was a very simple install, Ray had given me a quote and service was rendered and quote was honored.
Install didn’t take nearly the time that was first discussed, Ray’s experience with over 40 years of doing electrical work made this job an easy task to complete. I was very happy with final install of the new electrical outlet and notified Ray that I may have future needs for his services around the house.
In Summary: Ray was a very honest and professional electrical service tech with vast experience with all that he does. Very easy to communicate with and was very fair with his quoted pricing. I would not hesitate in the future with calling Ray back when in need for a solid electrician that does what says he will do and has a very detailed and methodic work ethic.

I have known Ray for over 10 years and he is the only Electrician I trust to service any of my rental properties. Ray has troubleshot and corrected electrical problems. He has done everything from upgrading breaker panels to replacing outlets. He has also upgraded the old screw in fuse panel in my home to a modern breaker panel. I am very pleased with the work he had done and his prices are reasonable. Ray is super nice, very professional and knowledge about his work. Highly recommended, I will continue to hire The fixit tech Ray.

I have known Ray for over twenty years, and during that time he has worked on my central AC units (repairing/installations) and done electrical work.(installing ceiling fans to rewiring buildings). He performs at a high level from small mundane projects to complicated projects requiring analysis and design work. I own several residential rental properties in Dade and Broward counties and because of Ray's expertise I never worry when I have an electrical or AC problem. I travel out of country quite often and I am able to task him to work on issues even if I am not present. I have done that over the years with no fear, knowing that his professionalism always will leave me satisfied with his work.
It is my pleasure recommending Ray, a true professional.
