I am passionate about my work which I have been doing for 35 years. That allows me to give very personalized service to all of my customers. I provide a free in person estimate confirmed via text message to potential customers- regardless if they decide to hire me.

I always do a quality Job because I do the work myself. When you hire me, I show up personally with 35 years of experience. Additionally, I charge a reasonable rate because I have minimal overhead expenses, I do not run an office and it's that savings that's reflected in my estimates.
I give a manufacturer warranty on all parts, and a lifetime warranty on labor: meaning as long as I am alive and able :)

Great experience ! I would recommend to every one , had to get rid of the electrician I am working with , asked for help from Motie and he came to the rescue , great communication skills , fixed all the problems and finish the job as agreed also discovered some electrical problems which he helped to fix ! Motie was excellent! He communicated with us from beginning to end. We needed a brand new circuitbreaker and he was able to install it without any issues. He was able to complete the job in 1 day! We plan on rehiring him for additional work.

I have nothing but good words for Mr Singh. Such a professional gentlemen and an excellent electrician. He replaced electrical panel at my house. To start off he responded to the request right away. Gave me the best price (great value compared to others). He was on time for the job. Excellent workmanship. I give a reasonable quote from the start, I only give discounts to repeat customers.
I do consider discounts for potential clients that may be going through a crisis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very simple process, that keep my overhead down,
I request a 50% deposit before commencement and the balance on completion, this applies to new and existing customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and I have a diploma in electrical engineering along with a technical diploma from 4 year of apprenticeship program in addition to an electrical license.
