About

I am passionate about my work which I have been doing for 35 years. That allows me to give very personalized service to all of my customers. I provide a free in person estimate confirmed via text message to potential customers- regardless if they decide to hire me. I always strive for customer satisfaction and I treat every job as if it were my personal project. I am happy when my costumers are satisfied. I always do a quality Job because I do the work myself. When you hire me, I show up personally with 35 years of experience. Additionally, I charge a reasonable rate because I have minimal overhead expenses, I do not run an office and it's that savings that's reflected in my estimates. I give a manufacturer warranty on all parts, and a lifetime warranty on labor: meaning as long as I am alive and able :) Please take the time to read my reviews. Thank you

I have nothing but good words for Mr Singh. Such a professional gentlemen and an excellent electrician. He replaced electrical panel at my house. To start off he responded to the request right away. Gave me the best price (great value compared to others). He was on time for the job. Excellent workmanship. I could sense that he is real professional just by the way he was organized and clean while working. Cleaned everything after him. Very courteous and tested everything and left the place. I have absolute no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Thank you Mr Singh.

Motie and his son were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They provided exceptional work with fairness. Motie completed a breaker panel replacement in addition to ceiling lighting and both are great! I plan to hire them again in the future on another home.

Details: Upgrade wiring, fixture, or equipment • Wiring • Circuit breaker panel or fuse box • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • House

I contacted Motor Singh for a quote to replace my electrical panel and was very impressed. The owner responded quickly, provided the most reasonable quote out of several estimates I received, and was upfront about all the costs with no surprises. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions.

The only reason I didn't move forward with the work was because I decided to give the buyer a credit to replace the panel instead of doing it before closing. Otherwise, Motor Singh would have been my first choice.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a reasonable quote from the start, I only give discounts to repeat customers. I do consider discounts for potential clients that may be going through a crisis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very simple process, that keep my overhead down, I request a 50% deposit before commencement and the balance on completion, this applies to new and existing customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and I have a diploma in electrical engineering along with a technical diploma from 4 year of apprenticeship program in addition to an electrical license.
