I cant say enough good things about this electric company. From the first call to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The electricians showed up on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and completed the work cleanly and safely.What really stood out was their honesty and expertise no upselling, no surprises, just solid work done right the first time. The pricing was fair, the communication was clear, and the results were excellent. I had Lance and Louis work on my new house, and I honestly cant say enough good things about them.This was not a simple job I had a long list of things that needed to be addressed: switches that didnt work, ceiling fans that needed to be moved, and a lot of general streamlining to get the house functioning the way it should. On top of that, Im in the middle of managing multiple projects for a newly purchased home, so there were a lot of moving parts and decisions happening at once.Lance was exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to really understand what I wanted, communicated clearly, and came by multiple times just to check in and make sure everything was on track and that I felt comfortable with what was being done. That level of care and follow-through is rare. I never felt rushed or brushed off he truly made sure the work matched my expectations.Louis was equally impressive. He was focused, skilled, and extremely thorough in executing the work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the final result.The job did end up taking a bit longer than initially expected, but it also turned out to be more complicated than any of us realized. Even so, they honored the original quote, which I really appreciated and speaks a lot to their integrity.Overall, the experience was professional, smooth, and genuinely reassuring during what can be a stressful renovation process. I would absolutely use them again and would confidently recommend Lance and Louis to anyone who wants quality work done by people who actually care.
