- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each wedding package as seen on my website includes an engagement session. You can ask any questions you may have about details or ideas quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want to setup a call or a meeting. I think getting to know them and their story helps me be able to add to that story when I capture their special moments in life. I treat customers as friends and make myself available 24/7 for any questions or ideas or tips.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always keeping up with new trends and learning every day, every shoot. I also have two college degrees one in business and psychology.
