FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our 2027–2028 wedding collections are based on coverage time and whether you choose photography, videography, or both. For up to two hours, photography is $650, videography is $650, and photo + video is $1,200. For three to four hours, each service is $1,200 or $2,200 together. Five-hour collections are $1,500 per service or $2,750 together. Eight-hour collections are $2,500 for photography, $3,000 for videography, or $5,000 for both. For six- or seven-hour photography requests, we offer the $2,500 collection with up to eight hours of coverage. Ceremony livestream and digital photo booth are available at $500 each. Engagement photography is $450, or $350 for couples already booked with Miami Wedding Studio for their wedding. Your session includes 60 minutes with one photographer at one local location, up to two outfits, 50 professionally edited high-resolution photos, and a private online gallery with downloads and personal printing rights. We’ll help with location, outfits, and posing. You’ll receive five preview images within 48 hours and your full gallery within two weeks. We’ll confirm your coverage, deliverables, and any additional costs in your proposal before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start by sending your wedding date, venue or location, and the coverage you have in mind. We’ll check availability, talk through your plans, and help you choose a photo, video, or combined collection. Once the details are agreed, we’ll provide your proposal and agreement, then work with you on the timeline and the moments that matter most to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 15 years of experience in media, including 10 years documenting weddings. I lead the creative direction at Miami Wedding Studio and work with a trusted team of photographers and cinematographers. Our core team works in both photography and filmmaking, which helps us coordinate naturally when a couple books both. —Daniel
