He was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our problem. The quality of his work, knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. In the event that we would have a problem, we would definitely rely on him to fix it. By the way, the bees are gone thanks to him.
Great service! He was quick (same day), solved all the issues on his first visit, was polite and on time. Highly recommended for those looking for pest control.

I’ve been dealing with rats in the attic for a couple months now and doing my best to handle the issue on my own ( I managed to catch 6 of them myself I’ve that time) . It’s a frustrating and gross thing to deal with and so I finally decided to contact a professional to complete what I had started and prevent any further intrusion once the remaining rodents were eliminated. They were able to come out the next day. First off the level of professionalism was exemplary. He answered all my questions, went up into the attic , around the entire perimeter of the house and even got up onto the roof to identify possible points of entry. Afterwards he told me that I had done a great job with the measures I had taken and told me in all honesty I didn’t need his services as there wasn’t much different he would have done himself . Even so he actually went back into the attic and stapled up a piece of wire mesh to close off a vent hole and set up more traps for me showing me how to do it more effectively myself. After all of this he refused to take payment or even a tip for the work he did. Amazing company, extremely knowledgeable, and overall a nice person and would 100% recommend them for your pest control needs.

We were very highly pleased with the professionalism and overall experience we received after a bee infestation. Telson responded quickly and took care of the problem efficiently. I have to add he really impressed us in his knowledge and kind manner. We’d recommend him to anyone. Excellent! Thanks for fixing this scary problem for us.

Pricing varies pending on the service being provided. Not all treatments are the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a detailed inspection. Our company lives by the code of inspecting before performing any service. We want to ensure our clients that we have found the source that was creating the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified and trained by the University of Florida and licensed by the department of agriculture. I also hold a certificate in the green industries best management practices program developed by the Florida Department of environmental protection with the university of FloridaInstitute of food and agricultural services.
