- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and fair. Monthly general pest control service starts at $50 for recurring customers, with a one-time initial fee based on the size of the home and the severity of the infestation. I don’t charge hidden fees, and I don’t believe in overcomplicating things—just honest service you can count on. For German roach cleanouts and other heavy infestations, pricing depends on the severity, but I always work with each customer to find a solution that fits their needs and budget. I also offer incentives, discounts, and special deals for my recurring customers—whether it’s a referral bonus, multi-property discount, or long-term rate lock. My goal isn’t to make a quick sale. It’s to deliver real value and build long-term relationships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is listen. I ask questions, walk the property, and really take the time to understand the problem. Then I build a custom plan based on what you’re dealing with—not some generic spray-and-go routine. I keep you in the loop the whole time so you know exactly what’s going on and what to expect. My goal is to make sure it’s done right the first time, with results that actually last.

I’ve got over 7 years of real, hands-on experience in the field, plus my professional license in Florida. I’ve been trained to spot things most people miss and use proven products the right way. I stay current with the best methods and tools so my customers always get safe, effective results.
