FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope, level of customization, and quality required for each project. We focus on delivering long-term value — using premium materials, proper installation, and systems built to perform reliably, especially in South Florida conditions. Every estimate is clear and upfront, with no hidden fees. We take the time to walk clients through their options, so they fully understand what they’re getting and why. We’re not the cheapest — and that’s intentional. Our clients choose us for quality, clean execution, and systems that last, not quick or temporary fixes. At the same time, we understand that every project and budget is different. We work with clients to find the right solution for their needs, whether it’s a high-end custom system or a more straightforward option — always maintaining proper installation and reliability. We also offer financing options, making it easier to move forward with the right solution without compromising quality. In addition, all of our clients have the option to join one of our membership plans, which include automatic discounts on services, priority scheduling, and ongoing maintenance support — helping keep systems running smoothly long-term while reducing future costs. For larger or combined projects, we can provide more efficient pricing as well. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: deliver a result that looks right, works perfectly, and holds up over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, clear, and efficient — while respecting timelines. For new installations and custom projects: 1. Quick conversation to understand the project and your goals 2. On-site visit for measurements, layout, and planning 3. Design and system recommendation based on your property 4. Installation scheduled and completed on time 5. Final testing and walkthrough to make sure everything runs perfectly ⸻ For repairs and service calls: We also work with many clients who need repairs, troubleshooting, or upgrades — even if we didn’t install the system. Our teams come fully equipped to handle most issues on the spot. 1. Quick diagnosis based on your issue 2. On-site inspection and troubleshooting 3. Immediate repair in most cases 4. Full system check before we leave For standard systems, most repairs are completed during the same visit. For custom or special-order parts, we provide a clear timeline and handle everything from start to finish. ⸻ We take scheduling seriously and keep communication clear throughout the process. After installation or service, clients have the option to join one of our membership plans for ongoing maintenance, priority service, and long-term reliability. Our goal is simple: deliver a clean, high-quality result — done right the first time and supported long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We come from hands-on experience in the field, not just theory. Over the years, we’ve worked directly with gate systems, aluminum fabrication, and access control — from installations and repairs to managing full projects. We’ve also held management roles in established companies, overseeing teams and high-end projects across South Florida. Together, we bring over 20 years of combined personal experience — not including our team — covering everything from hands-on work to full project management and execution. We also work with a wide range of gate systems, motor types, and access control technologies, allowing us to choose the right solution for each project. Our focus is simple: deliver reliable systems, clean installations, and long-term results.
