- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always competitive, I strive to beat any quotes in order to earn the business, just please provide a valid estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face to establish a new relationship with every potential customer. Regardless of the desired project, the idea is to walk the customer through their desired process smoothly and ensure a job well done. I give as much detail as the customer wants and then some so there aren't misunderstandings and am usually able to provide a quote for my customers within 24hrs of the first time seeing the jobsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in construction since I was a young boy. The last 5 years I worked for various GC's and have gained even more knowledge about projects that I had never encountered before. In the last 2 years I have been studying to obtain my own GC license to be able to do larger work on my own.
