FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and competitive pricing for all boat and yacht upholstery services. I provide a free on-site consultation and a detailed quote before any work begins — no hidden fees. Discounts are available for returning customers and for large or urgent projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free On-Site Assessment I come to your boat or marina to inspect the condition, take measurements, and discuss your vision. 2. Material Selection & Quote Together, we choose marine-grade vinyl or fabric (Sunbrella, Serge Ferrari, etc.), colors, stitching style, and extras. Then I provide a clear written estimate. 3. Production & Installation All sewing is done in my own workshop using waterproof thread, closed-cell foam, and UV-resistant materials. Once complete, I install the cushions back on the boat — clean, precise, and fast.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience specializing in boat and marine upholstery. I’ve worked on Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Sea Ray, Yamaha, and many more brands. I constantly learn and update my skills with new sewing techniques, steamer and foam restoration methods, and color matching using a colorimeter.
