Hired Max to replace a worn cartridge on a Kohler Rite-Temp tub/shower valve that was leaking constantly and had lost cold water entirely (stuck hot-only — a real safety issue with this valve type). Max correctly diagnosed it, sourced the right cartridge, and got it installed cleanly. No drip and both hot/cold fully restored afterward. Would hire again for any plumbing work.

Max is an excellent worker. He was able to identify the problem just from a photo. He quickly scheduled an appointment and arrived right on time. He handled everything like a pro and fixed the broken shower valve. His English is not great but his professionalism, reliability, and quality of work far outweigh that. I would Highly recommended and will be using him again on future projects.
