- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is unique, so pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. Free estimates are available, and I’ll clearly explain all costs before any work begins. If there are any discounts, promotions, or cost-saving options available, I’m happy to discuss them during the estimate process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, transparent, and designed to make things easy for the customer. 1. Contact Me – Call or text with project details and, if possible, a few photos. 2. Free Estimate – I’ll discuss the project and provide a fair, upfront estimate. For larger jobs, I can schedule an on-site visit if needed. 3. Schedule the Work – Once you’re ready, we’ll choose a convenient date and time. 4. Complete the Job – I arrive on time, communicate throughout the process, and complete the work with quality craftsmanship. 5. Final Walk-Through – Before I leave, I make sure you’re satisfied with the finished work and answer any questions. My goal is to provide reliable service, quality work, honest pricing, and a stress-free experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work completing a wide range of home repair and improvement projects. I’ve developed practical skills through real-world experience, including drywall repair, painting, furniture assembly, fixture installation, fence repairs, pressure washing, and general home maintenance. I take pride in providing quality workmanship, honest communication, fair pricing, and dependable service that homeowners can trust.
