Wow! Dalsia really breaks the mold with her attention to detail and work ethic. It was such a pleasant experience to have her come over and work on my mother's apt (she just got out of the hospital). Dalsia is highly recommended and I WILL be requesting her services again.

Dalsia and her helper did an awesome job! She was very detailed. Overall my apartment is spotless because of her. I feel you can actually eat off the floors lol. But what I really want to commend her on is how clean she got my leather sofa set, the dishwasher (which was really dirty from the past tenant) and the stove.
I will be using Dalsia service again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a 20% discount on your next Service for referring friends and a 10% for your friends when they book the First Service.
It will save you time and money if you make sure that clothing, toys, and other day-to-day clutter is picked up before we arrive. This ensures that we can do as complete a job as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally when customer contact us, they want an immediate price, so I give them a price based on their information and requirements. The ideal is to inspect the house before and then give a price, that is better for both, the client and me.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I moved in this country years ago, I found it difficult to find work in my field of study. And then when I was I finally find a job fitting my qualifications, it turned out to be lots of work and little pay—barely enough to cover my basic monthly expenses. It was then I decided take up house cleaning.
