They were extremely flexible and able to accomodate my last minute night before thanksgiving scramble! Star and Donna arrived at 4pm (next day was Thanksgiving) and worked around an organizing crew, people decorating, a handyman and even my fiance. :) They saw pictures laying on one of the beds and asked me if I'd like them to hang them up and I was flabbergasted. I have never had a cleaning service volunteer to help outside of their scope of work, it was incredible. Star and Donna then took the time to hang up at least 7-8 mirrors and pictures (I gave them creative freedom and they chose a wonderful layout), level them and then wipe them free of prints. They're work is the best I've seen in South Florida. My feet slipped on my wood floors for the first time (in a good way!), our windows are spotless, our furniture looks even newer now, our bathrooms are sparkling, our kitchen is actually inviting now and overall they are the best cleaning service we've experienced (including ~5 years living in North NJ). For a 2 person team and a 5 hour clean the price is unbeatable. They walked in smiling, joked and laughed the whole time and left smiling... they left us smiling too! POST THANKSGIVING UPDATE: Since their work was so amazing and their positive attitudes were infective, I asked for another impossible thing... for them to come back Friday (the day after thanksgiving) and do the clean up. She immediately said yes and gave us the same time as our previous appointment. For their beyond reasonable price AND a Thanksgiving DISCOUNT our entire kitchen and dining rooms were cleaned and they did ALL of the dishes! They took down my fall decorations and organized them beautifully on a table. It was as if not a single person had been in the house all week. I CANNOT thank Star and Donna enough!!! They made the stress of Thanksgiving disappear in an instant. Their beautiful cleaning job with the extraordinary bonus of taking down ALL of my fall decorations made the quick change to Hanukkah much easier than I was expecting... I can breathe now! We'll be scheduling them for another cleaning before hosting for a Hanukkah family celebration and then will be scheduling them for a weekly or every other week clean!

Best cleaning job ever. Arrived early and prepared. This dynamic duo got all my stainless steel appliances shiny and looking new. Straightened up. Got the grime off from my shower door.
