Amazing experience from the very first interaction to the end. Easy scheduling, on time, polite and very reliable cleaning service. I was moving out to a new place and needed a move out cleaning company on last minute notice. Many services I had used in the past were busy.

I had a fantastic experience with Natasha Shine! From the moment I requested a quote, they were prompt in getting back to me. The pricing was reasonable, especially when compared to other cleaning companies. Their customer service was top-notch, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I looked at many different cleaning services for move out cleaning for my rental and I'm so glad I went with Natasha Shine. From the owner to everyone I spoke with were friendly and very helpful in explaining everything and answering my questions. Team 2 ladies arrived right on time and worked hard to get everything cleaned and I was satisfied with the level of work they did. I will definitely use their service again next time.

The cleaning ladies was very nice and did a great good cleaning the bathroom and bedroom. The appointment was for quick and efficient. However she took extremely too long to clean the 2/2 apartment, it took her over 6 hours to clean and still wasn't able to complete the job in the apartment. I paid extra to clean the refrigerator, I tried to cancel after she took so long but I wasn't able to get a refund..... the service didn't match the value and pricing, unfortunately...
