I hired Elda to clean my couch this past week for $125. We both agreed for her to start the cleaning 12pm, needless to say she showed up almost 2 hours late. Because I was strapped for time, I agreed to have her begin the service. Prior to beginning, Elda surveyed the couch and assured me that she could remove the stains. After the couch had fully dried I noticed that my couch looked much worse than before. I contacted her about the result of her cleaning and she told me that my couch needed a second rinse and that she would be available later this week. The day of, Elda tells me that she would have to charge me an additional $100. This was almost double the agreed amount. As a result of her terrible service, my $1200 couch is now ruined. I would not recommend S&E cleanliness to not even my worst enemy. I've included pictures of my couch, before and after the cleaning.

I'm sorry you had a negative experience. I apologize for showing up late. The former person scheduled for the job had a family emergency and I had to cover. I had difficulties finding parking. I provided you with an estimatemate when I began the job the couch needed to gone over 2 more times. Therefore I had to charge you an extra $100 but you declined. I only use natural ph neutral products that are safe one all fabrics. The marks are excess dirt from the couch. That's why I would need $100 because the couch was dirty and needed to be cleaned twice.
