- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to travel to the customer to give an exact quote. Not all jobs or services are the same and require special needs that must be accommodated through on site estimations. Our prices, however, are very affordable and we will do what it takes to work with your budget. Estimates are free as a courtesy of our company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our specialized team will show up early and work diligently to get the job finished in a estimated timeframe with the upmost quality. At D.Gonzalez, we pride ourselves in being able to present you with the most creative and efficient design for the allocated or desired space in which we will be working with. Not to mention, we will guide and make recommendations to you towards which materials to look into using for your project, as we work with you to stay within your budget. Our process starts by customers telling us what they desire over the phone or through email. We then schedule a free estimate at a convenient time for our clients. Our representatives will show up at the allocated location and provide information about our services along with a quote. We then proceed by obtaining the materials and scheduling another day convenient for our clients. Most services are done within a day. Borders or concrete services can take 2-3 days at most. We do require a deposit for material and production cost. This is all discussed in person to better help our clients' vision come to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our qualified members have combined degrees and certifications. Among these certifications include Landscaping Design, Landscape architecture design, business certification, curbing certifications, and on going trainings for up-to-date services.
