Paulo was a godsend. He arrived on time and stayed late to make install the new sprinkler system for my mom's house after her well system was plagued with salt water intrusion. He removed the old well equipment and got us hooked up to the city water with a wifi-enabled controller. Such a great person to work with.

I expected a big project at the worst time. My sprinklers stopped working and I knew that whenever that happened that I would need to make some upgrades to my system. In comes H2O Supplies! Paulo was very knowledgeable in what had to be done in order to get the sprinklers working, and the necessary upgrades. At no time was there a sense of upselling. He was professional and to the point. I would definitely recommend H2O Supplies to anyone needing repairs or upgrades to their system. Paulo came out to inspect a broken sprinkler head. He was able to fix it the same day. While he was here, Paulo found other issues with my system and was able to repair them the same day as well. The price was more than fair and I highly recommend hiring H2o

Hello we are sorry you feel that way. You contacted us and hired us to replace a pump that was burned. We installed the new pump and tested the system and everything was working fine as you saw. We never did any pipe or sprinklers repairs as you mentioned. You call on one week later upset because you are having problems with your pipes and we responded right away and were ready to stop by and check the issue and help you, unfortunately you didn’t give us the chance and started cursing and threatening us. We would have checked the issue and help you if you would have given us the chance. Instead you decided to write this review with inaccurate information just like you threaten us. We take pride in our service and the relationship and communication we build with our customers but unfortunately we couldn’t with you. Our priority is to help and educate our customers with irrigation. We have the service estimate that was approved and photos and videos of the before and after installation, also our messages and conversation. Again we are sorry you were not happy with our service.
