Paulo was on time to the appointment. He fixed a broken hose and replace sprinkler head. He is very polite and professional. UPDATE - On 8/17/2024, Paulo fixed the PVC broken pipe and replaced one sprinkler head for $120. He did not removed the debris in the work area and accidentally cut the electric cable to the landscape lights. The next day I notified him that the sprinkler was leaking again. On 8/22/2024, he returned to verify my claim and to tell me I was incorrect. I showed him the puddle of water from the new sprinkler and informed him about the landscape light not working. He replaced the sprinkler and told me I was mistaken about the landscape light. On 8/28/2024, my electrician showed me the cut cable. I notified Paulo but he continued to claim that he did not cut the cable.

Paulo was very responsive and came by right away to look at our sprinkler issue and troubleshoot. He then made an appointment for two days later. He arrived with an assistant and they got to work. Paulo immediately figured out the issue and completed the repair. He was very fair on price and did excellent work. We would like to hire him for a biannual review of our irrigation system as he proved he knows what he is doing.
