I was fortunate to have contacted and booked AssureWay Wheelchair Transport LLC for my 3 separate scheduled transports in Fort Lauderdale during early March 2026. I found their contact information on the Internet and reached out to the owner, Darren Jones. He was extremely helpful and flexible, agreeing to changes in my itinerary and transport pick up times on several occasions. The AssureWay staff members (Jean and Darren) were professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I felt confident my wheelchair dependent loved one was in safe hands. I strongly recommend AssureWay should you need special wheelchair transportation. They provide quality service and more importantly, were just awesome people with whom to work.

Darren from AssureWay Transportation is very kind and does his job well. He is polite and respectful. He is a responsible driver, he makes sure that you are seated and your seat belt is securely on before seating himself and putting on his seat belt and driving off.He assist you with getting in and out of the bus safely.
