Had the chance to use AssureWay Transportation services a couple of times. No fuss, no mess. Their rates are very reasonable compared to their competitors. They are professional, timely, and reliable. My dad had a couple doctor's appointments and we secured their services. They arrived before the scheduled time and assisted my dad to the vehicle. After our appointment, the driver returned promptly for pick up and wheeled my dad back to the van and secured his wheelchair. As our contact person, Darren is always accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was fortunate to have contacted and booked AssureWay Wheelchair Transport LLC for my 3 separate scheduled transports in Fort Lauderdale during early March 2026. I found their contact information on the Internet and reached out to the owner, Darren Jones. He was extremely helpful and flexible, agreeing to changes in my itinerary and transport pick up times on several occasions. The AssureWay staff members (Jean and Darren) were professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I felt confident my wheelchair dependent loved one was in safe hands. I strongly recommend AssureWay should you need special wheelchair transportation. They provide quality service and more importantly, were just awesome people with whom to work.
