- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear and upfront. I usually offer a fixed price based on the amount of items, size, and access (stairs, distance, parking, etc.). The price includes labor, loading, hauling and proper disposal. There are no hidden fees. I only adjust the price if the scope of work changes after arrival. Same-day and short-notice jobs are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review the details and confirm the items, location and access. Then I provide a clear price and available time. On the day of service, I arrive on time, protect the property, load everything quickly and safely, and complete proper disposal. After the job is finished, I make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on professional experience in moving and junk removal, including safe lifting, loading, furniture handling and property protection. I follow best practices for safe work, damage prevention and proper disposal of items. My experience allows me to complete jobs efficiently and carefully.
