Chef Bacari was absolutely phenomenal. I hired her as a surprise for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and she did not disappoint. They could not rave enough about how amazing the food was and how pleasant Chef Bacari was. She created a delicious menu and the dishes were presented beautifully. We absolutely plan on using her again and recommending to others.

Chef Bacari was terrific to work with, her food was outstanding, she modified one dish to fit a dietary need of an attendee. We enjoyed a delicious brunch for 13 people, it went off incredibly - everyone loved the food! I highly recommend Chef Bacari and will use her again soon!

Chef Bacari was punctual and the food was amazing! The portion sizes were well worth the money spent, and adapted the food to each individual preference. She was able to answer all questions that I had during the planning process. Additionally, Chef Bacari was very professional and meticulous about clean up. Would highly recommend!

This was the best food I have ever had in my life. If you don’t book this chef, it will be one of your life’s greatest mistakes!!!! Ok seriously, Chef Bacari was amazing. She was very responsive and added personal touches that made my dinner a whole EXPERIENCE. Every request I made she made sure was heard and executed to perfection. Please give her food a try, you won’t regret. And no, I am not a friend/relative leaving this review!

Chef Bacari saved me in a time crunch. With only 48 hours of notice, I received a response, and we continued to communicate throughout the day on what felt like a rolling start time due to my significant others work schedule. Chef Bacari waited patiently to serve the food until he arrived. The food was delicious and so were the leftovers! We are so thankful!

I am fairly priced because the biggest reward for me is exceeding my customer(s) expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I properly introduce myself. Then, have a discussion with the client about their expectations (during this time I will ask about any food allergies). Next, I will create and propose a menu. Finally, If approved a date will be set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Army veteran(cook). I have my AA in Culinary Arts. 21 years in the industry.
