- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fairly priced because the biggest reward for me is exceeding my customer(s) expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I properly introduce myself. Then, have a discussion with the client about their expectations (during this time I will ask about any food allergies). Next, I will create and propose a menu. Finally, If approved a date will be set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Army veteran(cook). I have my AA in Culinary Arts. 21 years in the industry.
