- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE consultations. Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. No fee unless you win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation. We prefer to meet you in person at the office, but can make house/hospital calls. We then formulate a winning strategy for the client and address their imminent needs (car repair, hospital bills, medicals). It is important for the client to meet our support staff and learn from past examples of successfully managed cases. However, we cater to the client. Most importantly, you meet with _me_ in person during your first visit -- not an assistant, investigator, or paralegal. If an investigator begins your case instead of an attorney, you are at the wrong law firm.
