FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation: I suggest scheduling an initial consultation, either over the phone, in person, or via video call. This allows us to discuss specific needs, vision, and budget. During this meeting, I ask questions to understand the client's photography requirements. 2. Agreement - We set a date and time for the photo session. To book the photoshoot, a 30% deposit is required. 3. Pre-Shoot Planning: I work closely with the client to plan the shoot, which may include location scouting, styling, posing prompts, etc. 4. The Photo Session: On the day of the photo session, I arrive at the agreed-upon location and ensure that all necessary equipment is in place. I strive to create a comfortable and relaxed environment for my clients, helping them feel at ease in front of the camera. Usually, the final payment is made on the day of the photoshoot. 5. Post-Processing and Editing: After the photo session, I send all original photos for your review to select the best images for further post-processing and editing. I perform color correction, basic retouching, and any enhancements as discussed during the consultation. More advanced professional retouching can be done for an extra fee (If it's advertisement etc) 6. Image Delivery: I provide the edited high-resolution images to the client through a secure online gallery (Google One Photos) or physical media, depending on our agreement. Typically, this can take from 2 to 7 days. The client can then review and download the photos at their convenience. 7. Final Review and Feedback: I encourage the client to review the images and provide feedback. If there are any specific requests for additional edits, I accommodate them to ensure their satisfaction. If the client has requested additional services like prints or albums, we proceed with the production and delivery.
