We have been in business as professional property managers and realtors since 2006, and we have expertise in all the local markets in South Florida. Our main goal is to save the landlords time and money by promoting and marketing their properties at the right price, in the highest traffic websites and social media, qualifying tenants thoroughly, and renting their properties in the shortest possible time to long term qualified applicants. Our company handles full time asset management, service calls, tenant relations and accounting for our customers, and other services needed, like property updating and bill paying for our customers.
I am a people's person with a 20 year background in services and sales. My early experiences in customer services were with underserved populations and children at risk for violence in their homes. I discovered that I get a great satisfaction from helping people find the home of their dreams, research a neighborhood or a school for their children, and manage their investments effectively and without concerns . My 20+ years of sales experience, coupled with my customer service skills are to be credited for my success in the real estate and property management industry. I funded Ibis Property Management as a response to the request of my investment customers, who needed someone reliable to manage their tenants and investments professionally, so they wouldn't have to worry about them. Our customers live both in the United States and overseas, in South America, Europe and Asia.

Outstanding agent, very patient and responsive. She explained the process of leasing and management of my condo and found me a contractor who helped me clear the property and do some repairs and painting before placing it on the market. Ana Valladares is not your regular Real Estate agent, she was my blessing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services do not have a complicated pricing system. I can usually beat the competition and tailor my pricing to the individual needs of my customers. I offer 2 months of free services to all of my new clients. I also guarantee my tenants. If the tenant breaks the lease in the first 9 months of the tenancy, I will replace the tenant for free. Don't make a decision before you get a quote from us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor, with certifications and designations in the Real Estate industry, such as CREOS (Certified Foreclosure Specialist) CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), and MRP ( Military Relocation Professional. I am also BPOR certified, which qualifies me to advice on the value of a property. I also have 220 hours of education on Insurance and I am a candidate to sit for the Title Insurance Agent exam for the State of Florida in 2015. I constantly improve my skills and qualifications by adding more knowledge of Real Estate trends in the South Florida markets, and attending seminars, workshops and conferences.
I am a member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), WCR (Women Council of Realtors, NAR (National Association of Realtors), and FAR (Florida Association of Realtors)
I have an extensive sales and customer services background, that dates back to 1990 and I hold a degree in Computer Information Technology from the School of Business of the University of Miami.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a Realtor, and my investors often asked me to manage the properties I sold them. I incorporated my company, Ibis Investments and Property Management to professionally manage residential properties to accommodate the needs of my growing clientele. My business grew rapidly because of the referrals I received from happy landlords who trusted me with their investments. They continue to refer me to their clients, friends and family.
