- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and concerns about their property. From there, I explain our services and how we can add value. Once we move forward, I take care of setting up the property in our systems, handling marketing and tenant placement if needed, and making sure all legal and financial aspects are covered. The goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free so the owner feels confident from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed real estate broker in Florida with years of experience in sales, rentals, and negotiations. Beyond that, I’m also part of PMI, a national franchise that provides continuous training, proven systems, and best practices in property management. I stay up to date with industry regulations, contracts, and software tools so I can manage properties professionally and protect my clients’ investments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in real estate over a decade ago, helping clients buy and sell homes. Over time, I realized many owners also needed help managing their properties, from leasing to maintenance to tenant relations. That’s when I decided to open PMI North Lake Homes with my wife. Together, we built it to offer professional, full-service property management while keeping things personal and transparent for owners.
