FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, the type of surface being cleaned, the amount of buildup, access, and the level of detail required. Every job is different, so we prefer to provide clear, upfront pricing after reviewing the scope of work. We do not believe in surprise fees or vague pricing. Before any work begins, customers receive a written estimate so they know exactly what is included. We may offer a multiple-service discount when services are booked together, such as roof cleaning with driveway cleaning or exterior soft washing. Our goal is not to be the cheapest option. Our goal is to provide quality work, proper methods, and reliable service at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning what the customer needs cleaned or restored. We review photos, property details, and the condition of the surfaces whenever possible. If needed, we may schedule an in-person walkthrough to make sure the estimate is accurate. Once the scope is clear, we provide a written estimate explaining what is included. After the estimate is approved, we schedule the job, confirm the appointment, and complete the work using the proper cleaning method for each surface. Before we leave, we do a final walkthrough when possible to make sure the customer is satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years of experience in construction inspection, building systems, and exterior property maintenance. That background helps me understand how different surfaces, materials, roofs, coatings, drainage areas, and exterior finishes should be cleaned and protected. Nevins Services also uses professional soft washing, pressure cleaning, and paver sealing methods designed to clean effectively without causing unnecessary damage. We focus on using the correct process for each surface instead of treating every job the same way.
