- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, free estimates, and financing options for up to 20 years with very low monthly payments. There are no hidden fees — all pricing is explained upfront. Senior citizens and veterans may qualify for special discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site inspection. After checking the condition of the roof, we explain the findings in simple terms and provide photos or videos if needed. Then we offer a clear written estimate with options. If approved, we schedule the work quickly, maintain constant communication, and complete the job efficiently and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on training in roofing systems including shingle, tile, flat roof, TPO, and leak detection. I’ve completed multiple courses in roof safety, waterproofing, and South Florida building standards. My team and I stay updated on the latest materials, installation techniques, and inspection requirements.
