- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have promotions and discounts. In most cases free equipment and installation. We will always try to beat any competitor estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a free survey with the customer to find out what are the needs and concerns, after that we proceed to provide advise and an estimate with some options of what is good, better and best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business in South Florida for 3 years, but in the alarms business overall a total of 17 years. We know our Stuff!
