- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price for service because every job have different problems. I can give a general quote and more times than none it is right on, but many times also the unseen can not be priced until you actually dig it up. Keeping that in mind I want to give a fair accurate quote but sometimes it's not possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer's need and sometimes they don't know how to word it, but if you listen they know what they want. My job is to understand what they want show them what they need, and price it so they can be comfortable allowing me to do the job requirements that satisfies the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are classes online and many workshops I attend for updates and information on the latest products and tools.
