- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of now we suggest our clients choosing one of the ready-made packages on our website since it'll make the final price a lot cheaper. If you'd like to hire a videographer for your event, we charge $300/hr, this price includes a smiley camera man with several cameras, light equipment, and even a drone. The price also includes editing the video.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customary way of doing things is after you contact us, we arrange the date and time of shooting, discuss all the details, and our manager registers the date in our company calendar. We ask for a 50% downpayment. We arrive for shooting, and you pay the remaining 50% the same day. Within one week we submit the final product, which can be edited if needed per your request.
