What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are open to negotiation and I will have contracts written up for all of my clients. Payment can be accepted via Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, or cash payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer typically includes a few emails getting to fully understand the vision for the video and then I draft up a contract. Once both parties agree on the terms the work is completed, the final footage is sent to the client, and my payment is received.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in video production since the age of 14 (currently 20) and I have been able to work multiple cameras and gain knowledge with a few editing programs.
