He was prompt and efficient in his work. Before hiring him, we had consulted two other camera technicians, and their advice was always extensive and invasive. We explained to him the issues we were facing with our cameras and the Ring doorbell camera. He promptly resolved the camera problems within seven minutes by identifying that the charging cord needed to be replaced. As for the Ring doorbell camera, he successfully fixed it the following day by replacing damaged old wires. My family and I are truly grateful for his professional service and will definitely hire him again in the future for my mother's camera installation.👍
